4. Returns & Refunds
Yes. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible pin codes.
If the pickup fails after multiple attempts, you may be required to self-ship the item.

All refunds are processed every Wednesday. Once approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Accessories or intimate wear
- Customized or altered garments
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Used or damaged items
